It’s all in the presentation! Tiny is actually better when you’re throwing a party. Guests prefer bite-sized plates at gatherings so they can walk, socialize and carry a drink in their hands. Mini plates and appetizers not only allow friends to sample many tastes and treats, but the shrunken-down versions of meal favorites look beautiful on a table when displayed properly. Think outside the box and make some tortilla wraps for your next party. Stop by Pier 1 and get some glassware from their “Tasting Party” line. These mini martini glasses serve desserts, drinks and these wraps in the cutest of ways. Wraps are a great theme for any party because you can make them vegetarian, gluten free, spicy…the possibilities are endless. I made these vegetarian beauties and filled the insides with hummus. I use gluten-free rice tortillas and my new favorite find: GoLo tortillas which are gluten free and low carb with 5.5 grams of protein per serving.

Tortilla Wraps

  • Yield : 8 wraps

Instructions

Spread one tablespoon of hummus onto each wrap. Fill with equal parts veggies. Roll into cone shapes or fold one side like a burrito, leaving the top side open. Garnish each mini cup with a lettuce leaf or other veggies.
