Paleo Pork Tostadas

I made these cuties out of julianbakery Paleo Wraps, which are made from coconut.  I have found a plethora of ways to use these gluten-free sheets of yummy goodness.  I use them for sweet stuff, savory stuff and everything in between.  These make healthy and balanced bites for any party, or eat several and call it a meal!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray 8 small muffin cups with Pam.  Gently press each paleo Wrap square into each cup.  Tent with foil.  Bake for about for about 5 minutes; you want them to crisp up without getting too dark, so keep an eye on them.  Heat up your pork and sauce over medium heat.  Remove wraps and fill each one with pork and a little verde sauce. Top with guacamole, tomato and bell peppers.  Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
