Beat the Bloat Gazpacho

In researching foods that help you slim down in a hurry, I created this healthy and delicious gazpacho packed with antioxidants.  A few days before I shoot a video (in this case, the KettleWorX informercial), I try eating detox foods, cut back on carbs and drink extra water.

  • Cook Time : 8 minutes

Instructions

*Directions for roasting tomatoes and garlic: Roast small, sweet tomatoes in a pan sprayed with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and leave in at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Turn oven down to 200 and roast 1 more hour. *For the garlic, chop off the tip.  Spray with olive oil spray. Place the head in tin foil and bake the last two hours with the tomatoes.   Directions for gazpacho: Blend all of the ingredients. Paleo Bread croutons: Directions: Chop up the slices of bread, toss with olive oil cooking spray, yeast, garlic powder and and spices, and bake at 8 minutes at 400 degree
