Eggs in Peppers and Tomatoes

Looking for a low carb, high protein meal that's simple?  Look no further!  Just season and spice your "bowls" well or they might taste boring.

  • Cook Time : 18 minutes

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Sprinkle half the Fiesta Lime seasoning into each bell pepper and tomato "bowl." Drizzle in some hot sauce. Crack an egg and one egg white into each bowl.  Sprinkle each with garlic powder.  Top with cilantro. and one more shake of Mrs. Dash  Bake for abut 18 minutes or until your egg is just set.
