Gluten Free Rum Balls

Chocolate and rum.  Need I say more?

  • Yield : 12-15


Process cookies in food processor and pulse til crumbs form. Add protein powder,  cream cheese, almond butter, rum and stevia. Pulse again and check consistency. If it's like a thick dough, roll into balls. ( If not, add a touch more cream cheese or almond butter). Freeze balls at least 1 hour or even overnight. Melt the chocolate chips. Dip each ball. Garnish with cacao nibs or coconut. Place on wax paper. Cool in fridge.
