- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Scoop out the inside of the mushroom. Sprinkle the inside with spices.
- Crack the egg and egg white inside. Sprinkle with yellow bell peppers, turkey and low-fat cheese.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 17-18 minutes on a low rack or until the egg is cooked through.
- There will be moisture from the mushroom in the dish. Simply drain, and serve.
