Portobello and Eggs

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Scoop out the inside of the mushroom. Sprinkle the inside with spices.
  3. Crack the egg and egg white inside. Sprinkle with yellow bell peppers, turkey and low-fat cheese.
  4. Place in a baking dish and bake for 17-18 minutes on a low rack or until the egg is cooked through.
  5. There will be moisture from the mushroom in the dish. Simply drain, and serve.
