Ok- so do not blow your diet today on nachos! Try this healthy, filling and BALANCED idea instead.

Oven: 400. Brown rice tortilla- 3 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon hot sauce and 2 tablespoons salsa. Top with 3-4 oz chopped grilled chicken. Top with 1/4 cup low fat cheese. Sprinkle on green onion. Sprinkle with Mrs. dash lime and chipotle seasoning. Return to oven for 7-8 minutes. Cut into 6 triangles. If you only make it on 3/4 of the tortilla it’s 25 protein, 22 carbs and 7 fat! 250 calories! Whole tortilla and 4 oz chicken: 31 p, 28 c, 8 fat. That’s WAY better than greasy loaded nachos!
