Light, fluffy and protein filled with no sugar!  Serves 3 delicious crepes.

Blend all the crepe ingredients until smooth.  Heat a crepe pan.  Spray with coconut oil spray.  Pour 1/3 of the batter in the pan and cook until nearly cooked through. Carefully loosen the sides and flip (or if you're too scared to flip, just cook it all the way through over medium heat so as not to burn them).  Repeat two more times.
Filling Directions:
Heat the strawberries with the sweetener over medium heat.  Slightly mash them. Reserve a little of the liquid to stir into your Sweet Spreads.  Divide up the berries among the crepes and drizzle each with the chocolate sweet spreads.
