You will need to add extra water to get it to the thickness you desire. I kept mine kind of thick because I wanted to use it as a dip. Because there are no preservatives in the dressing, you’ll only want to keep it for a few days in the fridge. This is an oil-free dressing that gets its creaminess from heart healthy avocados.
