I took all the bad stuff out and kept the good stuff in. The fun and flavor of an egg roll exists right here in this bowl, I just undressed it to save on calories, fat and carbs. There’s nothing fried in this dish, and unlike with most Chinese food, you don’t get hungry 20 minutes after eating this meal because it’s full of veggies and fiber. If you get Chinese food cravings, I suggest you take all of your favorite flavors and toss them into a bowl with just the right seasoning.  You’ll wake up feeling less bloated, and you will have consumed all kinds of antioxidants!
