I get asked for “clean” salad dressings all the time. Most people know that too much of a bad-for-you-dressing can turn a salad into something that’s just as bad as a Big Mac! As a result, I’ve been making lots of dressings lately, which has my family eating lots more veggies. That’s a win-win in my book!
You only need a few ingredients and a blender to make healthy, homemade, vegan/Paleo dressing!
- Prep Time : 5 minutes
- Yield : 10
- Soak the raw cashews in 2 cups of water for 4-6 hours.
- Drain well, then rinse.
- Place the nuts and all remaining ingredients into a high powered blender for 1 minute, or until smooth.
- Place in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
