How do you get bucket loads of nutrients into one breakfast? Blend it, baby!

Blend all ingredients well. Pour into a greased pan and cook like a crepe or an omelet. Optional filling: grilled chicken, sautéed onion, bell pepper and tomato. Topping: Avocado, Sriracha sauce
