Heat pan and spray with cooking spray. In a magic bullet, mix the egg whites through Mrs. Dash. Carefully pour and swirl around the hot pan. Mix BBQ sauce and Greek yogurt together. Add touch of Siracha if you like it hot. When the crepe is nearly cooked through, begin loosening it from the sides tot he middle and flip. Fill with onions, fresh spinach, chicken, bbq sauce and garlic powder. Fold, then remove from pan. Top with remaining bbq sauce and cheese
