About Erin

erin-familyErin holds a B.A. in English and Master’s degree in Education, specializing Group X, children’s fitness and nutrition. She’s been a group exercise instructor for 14 years and was a Master Trainer for three years, traveling the country certifying hundreds of instructors and handling the nutrition portion of the company.

Featured in several DVDs and infomercials, this happily married mother of three believes in balance, and this blog allows her to blend her love of fitness with her passion for developing healthy and innovative recipes that won’t stress the waistline. A former magazine editor, she’s currently a freelance writer of fitness and nutrition manuals for fitness programs. She is certified through AFAA, ACE and is a nutrition coach with Venice Nutrition.

    My name is Monica and I actually met you very briefly at the Quest Headquarters awhile back. How are you?! I also recipe develop.
